Axel Menges
Founder &Director
Axel has a proven record of complishments and entrepreneurial success in general management, P&L, marketing, business development, finance and alliances. On top of being an innovative problem solver, able to implement creative solutions and think out of the box; while also specializes in the financial analysis and valuation of emerging private companies.
Prior experience include C level responsibilities at a variety of well recognized companies in financial services, in the US, Europe and Latin America. Also VC expertise, from start-up through development and exit strategy/going public.
Axel holds a Master in International Management from Thunderbird, and advanced degree studies from Berkeley, University of California, and Portfolio Management from NYU, New York University.
Furthermore, Axel’s professional achievements had him included in Who is Who in the World, and in Who is Who In Finance, since the mid 1990s.
John Hazle

John holds a Bachelor in the art of Advertising, with pure entrepreneurial spirit and the ultimate ability to be able to get almost anything overnight; making John the ideal Rainmaker for a start up with so many and various needs.
John also took a proactive approach in servicing large traditional corporations in securing PPE equipment, such as gloves, masks and other items to protect its employees from the Covid virus.
